Cubetec Sales Portal is an on-line application for solicitors to submit notice of sales to Local and Regional Councils as required under current legislation.

The transition of The Waikato Local Area Councils from the SVDS Sales Portal across to this Cubetec Sales Portal is now completed.

TRANSITION UPDATE

Rotorua Lakes, Hamilton City, Waikato District, South Waikato District, Hauraki District, Waipa District, Matamata-Piako District and Waitomo District Councils are now live.

 

For Thames-Coromandel District Council in Waikato Local Area Councils continue to use SVDS to submit Property Sales information.
